Shipping Rates

Flat rate delivery within Australia, $10.00 per order regardless of size or weight
OR
Express Post delivery $15.00 per order regardless of size or weight

Both options are available at checkout unless your order is over $100 to which the postage is FREE.

Some large/bulky items may incur extra shipping charges not quoted on our website. If extra shipping charges are required, you will be contacted via email or telephone before the order is processed.

Delivery within Australia

Max Trendz uses Asutralia Post for all deliveries. Delivery times within Australia for flate rate delivery is between 1-10 days depending on your delivery area and the day it is despatched from our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be despatched, however on most occasions orders are despatched 1-2 working days. Express Post orders are posted within 1 working day of the order being received. Once your order has been processed and despatched, you will receive an email advising you of your tracking number. Express post is next business day delivery, provided you are located within the ‘Australia Post Network’ please visit www.australiapost.com.au for more information. If you are not located within the network, delivery is normally 2 working days.

Refunds & Exchanges for Change of Mind Purchases

Max Trendz will not issue a refund for change of mind purchases.

Exchanges for Incorrect Sizing

Should you need to return your item due to sizing we would be happy to accomodate this as we understand how difficult it can be purchasing over the internet and your satisfaction matters most to us at Max Trendz. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unworn and unused with tags attached for us to honor an exchange. Items need to be returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase date. If the size you are after is not available we will offer you an alternative item to the exact value or more of your original purchase price. To organise an exchange of item, please contact us by email sales@maxtrendz.com.au letting us know what it is you would like exchanged.

Damaged/ Faulty Items / Lost Items

All our items are personally checked prior to being posted to you to ensure 100% quality. In the rare event that you have received a damaged or faulty item, we will gladly exchange your item or offer you a full refund on your purchase including postage costs. All faults need to be reported to us within 3 days. Where you have chosen to exchange your faulty item, all postage costs will be paid by Max Trendz. Please contact us at sales@maxtrendz.com.au and we will advise you on the steps you need to take to receive your refund or exchange your product.

If you have received your order and there is an item/s missing, you must contact us within 3 days to advise us of this.

In the rare event that your goods are damaged or lost during transit/delivery, Max Trendz takes no responsibility for this, and therefore we will not replace or refund you for these items. By ordering from this web-site, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Cancelled Orders

Any order cancelled will incur a $20 administration fee.

Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances by either the carrier or the stockist.
